  : Really lovely location. Lots of bars and restaurants just outside and most major sites within walking distance. We arrived after 10pm on our first day and were able to get lovely food, then stroll down to see the colosseum all lit up at night. It was a lovely start to our break! The host is really helpful and responsive. He gave us many recommendations and even made reservations for us, booked transfers, and was really helpful and accommodating
  : The accommodation is good with some nice touches and quite reasonably priced for the middle of Rome. I would still recommend it but a couple of things to note are it's a basement flat so not much natural light and no views. The 5th sofa bed isn't very comfortable - OK for a young person for a few nights. Actually the main beds were very comfortable so the rest of us slept really well and there isn't much comfortable seating. But hey, you'll be out seeing the sights most of the time anyway!

  : There was 5 of us staying for 3 days and I think the facilities to provide a little more comfort could have better or maybe replaced.

  : there is a noise coming from the next by bar, there is a smell of mold in the bedrooms and the bath, the heating was working randomly. the apartment needs renovation

  : One of the rooms was a bit noisy as you could bear everything from the street, but it really depends on how noisy its outside

  : great location - close to restaurants, transport, easy walk to colosseum, longer walk to pantheon, trevi fountain, needed to get hop on hop off bus to vatican city. just up the road from Rome train station and Santa maria maggiore cathedral...plus best fresh gelateria at top of road by church.Manuela was amazing host and very helpful...considering the massive heatwave she did an awesome job. great to have washing machine and access to hang out clothes to dry.overall good basic accommodation has the amenities needed for a short stay in Rome.
  : basement apartment in a 3 floored building- dusty, and noisy at times but mostly out sight seeing so only there in morning and late evening.very small narrow shower (difficult for larger people)shower in bathroom with toilet no ventilation or fan extractor. no cleaning products for toiletno ironing board but has a iron.rubbish has to be taken down the street to the large public bins that get emptied alternate days.smoking is fashionable and people smoke everywhere...so the building reeks of cigarette smoke...there are no air fresheners anywhere.
