  : Lovely and VERY clean apartment. Rooms look exactly like in photos. At first look you might think you are in the wrong street, but after opening the doors, this stylish gem greets you. As for communication I can easily confirm that all my questions were answered asap. Very friendly and caring host. When in Rome, o truly recommend this place. :)

  : The location is great and for a cold winter, the apartment is pretty warm and is good for a short trip. Wifi was perfect I was able to have all my work calls without any gap.
  : The only issue is the shower, the shower does not drain the water at all through the pipes. I saw this as a general complaint in the comments but I did not think this was so bad, this is the reason for not putting a 10 on the apartment and reducing it to a 7. If you are more than 2 staying you will need to plan your showering as you will need at least 10 minutes per shower for the water to drain. The last day after the 3 days and having 3 people in the apartment was terrible.

  : The partly broken mosaic shower base mentioned in a few negative reviews has been replaced with a modern white shower tray Really quiet at night and slept well.Convenient location.and good communication from owner
  : Only minor issues, but...Would have liked a wider selection of kitchen utensils,Some rotten wood trim to the shower should be replaced.With little improvements like this and a few nicer decorative touches it could be very good indeed.

  : Great little apartment. Loved the old style walls and ceiling. Perfect for 2 people - a little snug for 3, but ok. Close to train stn and great restaurants in Monti area.
  : The laneway the apartment is located in is a bit seedy but we had no troubles during our stay.

  : Overall it's a nice place especially compared with others in tge same price range.The location is excellent, bed and sofa were comfortable and it was pretty clean, lots of towels, enough toiletries and well equipped kitchen area, it was quiet despite being near a busy street. Easy self seevice check in/out.
  : It's quite dark, being underground floor with no natural light having more or brighter lightning fixtures could really improve the experience. Same goes for fresh air, the windows are small and even though it doesn't smell of mould (just a little in the closet) having a dehumidifier or similar would be appreciated, some of the buttons for the lights and windows are broken, the major issue is the bathroom door that doesn't slide completely so it's uncomfortable using the bathroom.

  : Really cool design with all the brick and various arches. Location was good/walking distance to coliseum. Great bathroom and beds were comfortable.
  : The entrance to the property looks like its in a back alley so looked a bit sketch at first but it actually turned out ok and we felt safe. It looks bigger in the pics. A bit smaller than anticipated but it suited our needs as we didnt spend much time in the apt.
