  : This apartment was the worst one we stayed in during our two weeks in Italy. The only positive things I can say is that the air conditioning worked well, that the place was walkable from Rome Termini and that the building was quiet.
  : This apartment was ill-maintained and the owners did not seem to care at all. First, upon arrival, despite regular messages with the owners, there was no one to greet us and no one left us instructions. After several chats and phone calls with booking.com, the owners sent instructions on how to get into the lockbox and enter the unit. Be warned there are 10 flights of steps up to this unit with NO elevator. The single bathroom, in particular, was a disaster. The room smelled like sewage, the cover for the flushing mechanism had disappeared and no one bothered to replace it. There was a lovely looking shower system with many jets and even a radio. Unfortunately, it did not work. There was only a hand-held shower which had nowhere to rest. The rest of the apartment was tired. The lights in the livingroom blinked repeatedly, the headboards were worn and the floors were not clean.

  : The sound in the night in one room wasn't nice. It switch on in every 90 second. It is hard to have 1 bathroom for 8 persons.

  : The shower. Need to fix the boiler. the water is too hot and too cold. Your lucky if in between. But you need to be very patient to find the right mix.

  : Staff response to all our enquiries was timely & responsive.Location to Roma Termini was perfect!Alessio was very friendly & helpful. Rooms were large & beds very comfy.Close to several restaurants & mini marts for shopping.
  : No lift. Lugging several suitcases (family of 7) up 8 flight of stairs was not great.Drainage issue in the bathroom.No washing machine & dryer but there were a couple of laundromats down the road.
