  : 5 minutes to Rome Termini for bus, Metro and train services, close to good restaurants, mini marts all around and 5 minutes to Conrad supermarket.
  : A/C worked on the first night then repeatedly broke down each day, the owner had maintenence personnel attend but didn't seem resolve the situation. The sockets in the apartment seem to be quite new and wouldn't accept our travel adaptors, only 2 would work. The iron plug wouldn't fit the new sockets and there was no ironing board although stated in the description. The balcony is not on the front of the apartment but faces into a run down courtyard, there are no seats to sit on other than a water tank on the balcony.

  : This apartment was in a convenient location to Roma Termini train station, so was in a good location for our travels. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby and suited us for our short stay.

  : The Air Conditioning didn't work during our stay in summer. We were not informed about this problem untill we asked how to turn it on after trying to turn it on for several hours. We were told that it broke down the day before our arrival.

  : Comfortable accommodation and practical arrangement of rooms. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, so each bedroom has its own, which is an added value. The location is perfect, near the main station. Giuseppe - the host provided clear instructions and helpful hints. The apartment is clean, has all the necessary accessories. Two separate, spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is a plus. The kitchen is sufficient for preparing simple meals and the most necessary utensils/appliances are available. Comfortable for 4 or 5 people. The location of the apartment is a few minutes walk to the central station. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend days in the city.
  : The view isn't great, but for travelers spending an active day in the city, it's negligible. The location is definitely an advantage, as it is in the immediate vicinity of the central station of Tramini and an excellent starting point for all directions.
