  : Excellent location in the city centre. The room was big and clean. Staff was friendly.
  : We chose this hotel because they had a 24 hr reception with English-speaking staff. Upon arrival we learned that staff used the Google translate app to talk to the guests. That made us unable to ask nuanced questions about public transport, the city and so on. We also noticed reception was not working 24 hrs. We arrived om a Thursday and staff were present until Saturday. After that, we didn’t see them again until checking out on Tuesday. Not that we needed them anymore by then, but the hotel description wasn’t quite true. We also ran out of toilet paper that they didn’t refill for us, and no staff was there. Good for us we had seen where they kept the toilet paper, otherwise we would’ve had to buy our own. Our safety box was broken and we were told we would get it fixed or get a new one the morning after arrival, but didn’t. Staff didn’t mention it again. So we locked our passports and money in our suitcases. Breakfast is served at the café next door. The selection for hotel guest breakfast was tasty but poor (you can choose two out of a number of dishes, e.g. omlet and pancakes, but each dish is served without garnish which makes the overall impression so-so).
