  : I had to grade you down as 9.4 points don't show the real value of the accommodation.The walls are like PAPERS. You literally can hear every single word of the neighbours, not to mention swearing, shouting and sex. I'm not a problematic guest and normally I tolerate the noise, but it was extremely bothering. We requested a room change and it was granted but the same situation in the other room.Ear plugs were provided, which was initially surprising, but we understood at the first night.Absolutely not recommended for calm, romantic holiday. You're definitely going to be involved to neighbours' romance and / or party if you stay here.

  : The place is nice and very clean. I love the toilet as is heated even the floor. It is so comfortable especially with a cold weather. The most exceeding experience is the manager Tim Oleg go all out to help me to write a report for my stolen wallet. It is so comforting when language is a barrier. He is so patience to go the help of Google translate to help even we have some problem in communication. Even to the extending to send the found document to me. Really appreciate and felt so warmth even in a quite unpleasant experience that I have gone through. Great to stay and sure to recommend people and revisit this hotel.
