  : Really liked staying here. It has a great door and hallway. Great space, shower, tv, comfy bed. Breakfast was really nice too and the staff were friendly enough. Good all round for a city break. I liked the area too ....
  : At first it was really hard to find the actual place. I asked a few people and went on a wild goose chase before a workman guided me to the front door and there was the name of the hotel on the door. But, for me, it really just looked like an apartment building and I had to ask - again - which floor the hotel was on. I am not used to this style of hotel, so it would be great to have a sign giving advice ....

  : Well located just close to the Nevski avenue, and 10min walk from the main train station and metro, the small hotel is in a building with a picturesque facade. The room heigh is quite impressive 3/4meters and the bedroom is cosy, comfortable and very clean. Decorated with a old style but good taste. Is very quiet at night and the staff was friendly. It has a small fridge, hairdryer, flat screen tv and plenty of room.Overall it is a superb value for money.

  : Our room was cleaned everyday, there was a shower stall instead of it showering the floor European style, the queen bed was very comfortable, the room was a good size, and there was a help yourself espresso/latte machine.
  : This hotel, like others in St Petersburg, is one floor of a re-purposed apartment building. Inside the “hotel” it’s equivalent to any low budget motel, which is not necessarily bad, just you are getting what you pay for. I was happy with breakfast, but my wife thought less of it. Again, being a re-purposed former home of an early 1900’s architect, it is very novel, but approaching dilapidation on the outside and in the entry. My wife would not get in the elevator. The floor is literally caving in. As a former backpacker, this doesn’t bother me, knowing that the hotel is clean and updated. But for heavens sakes, ask the landlord to clean the entry and put in some lighting.

  : The property was quite and close enough to transport links.
  : Stayed 4 nights and we never had the bed linen changed once. Staff where sparse on the ground reception appeared to be left unattended for long periods of time. Asked for a shower cap and got extra soap and shower gel. Oh and this hotel is on the second floor of a building the entrance is dark dank and smells of cat urine. Oh and be aware of the floor as you enter the building! Almost looks as though there’s been an earthquake the way the floor has been lifted and the large hole just waiting for someone to break their ankle!!Can’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t have. A lesson learnt. Do not take notice of reviews I was expecting so much more from this property.
