  : I liked the overall appearance of the property. I liked the location in terms of its closeness to Incarnate Word University.
  : It was difficult to find the room from the parking garage. Several times it was like a maze trying to find our room.The biggest disappointment was the noise at night. Individuals were car racing on Broadway. The noise lasted until 3:00 am. We had a guest who needed to test at Incarnate Word the next morning.

  : Good place located close to great attractions. Close to River Walk and the Pearl. The room was nice with a balcony.
  : Initially it was hard to find the room since it’s a maze but once you find it you’re good to go. They have coffee in the room but no sugar or cream.

  : The parking garage, pool, and gym were exceptional.
  : The blinds in our room didn’t close all the way so you could see straight into our room. We had to hang a sheet just to get privacy. There was molded coffee grinds in one of the containers. The pictures on the website were pretty deceiving. Overall we had a great time, these were just some things that bothered us.

  : We were able to walk to the Pearl district and the river walk. Cool places nearby to eat and grab a drink. Apartment was comfortable and decent size. We brought a pack n play, but they had one available to use in the closet. The booking company did send detailed parking and entry instructions the day of our stay, so didn’t have any issues like previous reviews mentioned.
  : Overall the building could have been better insulated. The people above us were a little loud and could hear them banging until early am hours, and the road noise just came right through the bedroom windows.

  : I didn't like that the place it self had a lot of barking dogs and when I went in to ask about the keys to the room, no one there knew anything I was talking about, looked at me crazy, I felt so lost being this was our first time renting AirB&B,halls were dirty, elevator was fealty, with Covid still a threat that really concerns me, not clean at all.
