  : Glad the elevator worked.
  : The price, it said it had breakfast didn't know we had to pay for it or wouldn't have booked there. And when you say high floor please have more than 7 floors and the 4th isn't high and balcony isn't private at all a sheet and everyone can see what you're doing.......

  : I liked the location.
  : The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and we were on the 6th floor. I recently had a total knee replacement, so this caused me a great deal of pain to have to walk down six flights of stairs. We never received any notices as to why the alarm went off and knowing that we were staying in this hotel a couple of days put us on edge the following night., so neither I nor my boyfriend slept well. Because of this, I could not enjoy the walking and activities that we planned at the RiverWalk because I was in a lot of pain. Another issue we had was the hotel did not have the reservations in their system for us correctly, so as we were laying in bed we get a knock on the door, and the maid services opened the door without giving us time to get up, they just came in the room. Once they noticed we were still in the room, they apologized. However, this was very awkward. Additionally, the parking was expensive, and it was not listed on the reservations as an additional expense. Once we paid for the parking at the hotel the parking reader would not work. We were locked in the parking area until my boyfriend walked back into the hotel to let them know the parking ticket was not working. This not only happened once but 3 times. So we paid $35 a night to park and had issues with it the whole time.

  : Cute hotel , convenient location
  : The lobby snack prices were absurd. Bar was out of a lot. Lady at the front desk told us there was complimentary breakfast in the morning. We didnt realize it and were excited. It was not complimentary . Also had a 3am fire alarm prank that put my kids into a panic.
