  : I liked the cleanliness of the room. I liked the expedient message replys when using the Sonder app whenever I had a question or needed something. I also like the fact that I didn't need to speak to anyone when checking in. I also liked Sonder's user-friendly app.
  : I disliked that the main elevator was out of order. Our room was on the second floor but we had to park on the 7th floor. Sonder sent an email on the 16th of May prior to us getting there which was nice of them letting us know ahead of time They said they were working on getting the main elevator fixed but during our entire stay of 3 days it was never fixed, we got there on the 18th. That's 6 days that it was out of order and it STILL wasn't fixed. So each time we left our room and returned we had to go up/down five flights of stairs. This became very tiring and annoying, especially after spending the entire day exploring the city. Another thing we did not like was the bed. It was really really firm and it even had areas where it was sunken in, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. In our 3 days saying at Sonder I can't say I had a good night's sleep.

  : The confusion with elevator not working, no staff available on site, not a place to put luggage if we arrive earlier. Not clear directions on site.

  : I didn't stay at your apartment .could not check in got my money back.no receptionist couldn't check non with computer. I am over 70 not all of us older people are computer capable
