  : It wasn't far from the River Walk and The Pearl District.
  : The pictures were deceiving. The couch was filthy. There was pubic hair in one of the showers. The place in general dirty and needed repairs. The linens on the bed smelled and we had to wash them before we slept on them.

  : A/C was not working property the owner told me to open windows and I called customer service they told me to send an email. At that moment I felt terrible and I had to buy an small AC unit and 3 fans for all my family . It was the worst experience ever I just wanted to have a good time with my family and we were sweating all night. The shower handels were not working property I even burn my self with the hot water. I even have videos and pictures from the filters from ac were cover in dust even the owner told me that they were replaced.

  : The location was great!. The neighborhood was quiet. There was plenty of space for family.
  : I thought that "pet friendly" would mean a fenced yard. Also, it wasn't very clean. I washed every dish before I used it. We found half empty water bottles under 2 of the beds and empty chip bags in the couch. The air conditioner wouldn't keep the house under 80 degrees. The sink in the master bath had a significant leak, as did the dish washer. I tried to contact my "primary contact" via phone and email but never received any kind of response. I normally would never complain, we're just not those people, but I think the lack of response when we were told to contact with any issues tipped my hand to give a less than favorable review. If I had been contacted, I would have aired my concerns more privately.

  : I didn’t like anything. the yard was a mess. the couch had a foul order. we found old dirty clothes. it looks like no one had been inside for years it was filthy. the worst part me my finance and children were getting hit by bug in the bed. booking wouldn’t help nor would the owners

  : We loved the location and the size. Lots of upgrades have been made to the property.
  : The beds! they were very worn out. the stands were smaller than the mattress and they sagged over the side. The showers need some work. The floor tile was just plastered over and was flaking off. There was mold in the middle bathroom in the paint in the shower. Felt the furniture was a little dated. could use a tv upgrade as well. And replace the coffee pot… it wouldn’t keep the coffee warm.

  : The stay was good, the house is lovely. Great location!
  : We found dirty under garments in the bathroom. We found a Tick on the bed. The furniture is very outdated, couches feel crusty. we put sheets on the couches.
