  : 1. The floor smelled like an open sewer - had to hold my breath every time I was between the elevator and my room2. Had to check in at a different location - this was so confusing and I was not notified about this in advance3. I kept getting spam emails asking for my credit card details from this hotel - I can't believe Booking.com allows this fishing to happen4. Construction from 730 am that I could hear from my room

  : The bar downstairs is amazing with a great local beer (stars) and great staff.The room was spacious, clean and with enough amenities to keep your belongings tidy.The location is close to Union square, handy to take the hop-on and off bus, and to park the city bike from Wheelbay / lyft.The room price was very attractive, below $100/nightThe hotel is close to few night clubs (Chotto Matte and Pura)
  : Unfortunately the street has homeless people at your door almost 24/7.Something easy to improve is to put better signs to know where to place your room card to open the street door, it was hard to me to open.The corridors upstairs smell to tobacco.The room is very dark, since there is a wall at 2m from the window and i couldnt turn op the ceiling light without turning on the fan.
