  : Loved the rooftop scenery
  : The bathroom drain, wasn't leveled. All the bath water stayed and would not drain. The drain cap itself came out several times when I tried swishing the water down through it.

  : The location was great, with access to many restaurants, historic sites, and night life. The bed was extremely comfortable and having the rooftop option was great!

  : Everything was descent except for the noise coming from the restaurant downstairs. The loudness of the music playing in the restaurant was simply UNBEARABLE! Music hours:ALL DAY EVERYDAY TILL 11pm/1amEXCEPT FOR NONDAY.
  : LOUD LOUD LOUD NOISE!!!UNBEARABLE! Music hours:ALL DAY EVERYDAY TILL 11pm/1amEXCEPT FIR MONDAY. Also, the balcony doesnt belong completely to you(your unit) and is NOT isolated as stated. Its divided into 3 sections - each belonging to a LOUD UNIT - NO PRIVACY!

  : The location was great!
  : Well, the toilet clogged up 4 times, the Water in the shower never got past a luke warm temperature ( leaning to the cold side)and also water would stop running in the middle a shower that happened 4 times during my stay. Also the bathroom is on the 2nd floor so you have to climb the tiny spiral staircase to get there what a pain..... The private balcony consisted of 1ft not much to stand on! When it rained(and it does quite often in Puerto Rico) the roof top door leaves and the rain water runs in and down the staircase (making the spiral stairs very difficult and dangerous to climb)to end up pooling on the living/kitchen floor. Felt like a custodian several days having to mop up water!!! Not what I want to do on my vacation!!! Two days after arriving the wifi went out, did not start again for 6 days I had to use the smart view on my phone just to watch the television. Also there is a pizza/bar that has their patio tables right below your "balcony", it is noisy and loud from the people to the music blasting Overall I would definitely pick a different place to stay next time I come back to Puerto Rico!!!!

  : Fabulous location, close to everything! We walked everywhere! And a short Uber ride to the beautiful beaches! Super comfy, huge bed! Thanks so much!
  : The pizza restaurant staff, downstairs played their music, LOUD until closing. There was an odd odor coming out of the kitchen area.

  : Great location for walking around old San Juan, tough if you want to have a car but very easy for Uber pick ups. Initially was tough to find but the staff in the pizza place were very helpful. Apartment is very large and the bed was super comfortable. We appreciated having a couch to lounge on. Rooftop space was great for morning coffee and views old San Juan.
  : Bathroom could be improved, the ceiling dripped water when it rained and the water pressure in the shower is poor. Spiral stairs to the 2nd floor which contained the bedroom and bathroom took some getting used to. Loud music from the pizza parlor makes it difficult to stay in the apartment during the day. Communication with the host during the stay wasnt great.

  : The location was ideal. Walkable to everything, very close El Morro. I also enjoyed being able to sit up on the roof deck to read.
  : Neither were an issue for me, but the spiral stairs up to the bedroom would be challenging if you have very large luggage, and the kitchen staff at the restaurant downstairs tend to play music quite loud. I was traveling for leisure but it would have been tough if it were a work-from-home situation.
