  : The location was awesome.Really easy to go around the whole island by busses that are nearby.

  : This is a lovely apartment in a great location, very convenient and a very nice pool. Really comfortable except for air con failure (see below). Well furnished and equipped except for the outside furniture.
  : We specifically booked an apartment with air conditioning which failed for 4 or 5 days of our 11 day stay. Not the fault of the owners but after spending some time trying to resolve it ourselves we were told it was the whole block and that fans had been provided to others who had made contact. We should have been told and offered some alternative means of cooling. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced, it is old, broken and mostly cushion-less which made it uncomfortable.

  : It was easy to collect the property keys because we were met by their representative at the airport so he let us in . Dean who picked us up from the airport was friendly and helpful. Apartment is in a good location .
  : We couldn't get the wi,TV or air con to work and we had to send for someone to help. The balcony furniture was very poor and needs replacing. Shower head broken. Pool in complete shade at 2pm.

  : The location was good with shopping, restaurants and food stores nearby.
  : This property should not be listed as a luxury unit we compared it to another unit listed as luxury and there was no comparison. The the tap on the bathroom basin was loose, although a pool is advertised there were no pool towels provided, The clothes rack provided is badly in need of replacement. the patio furniture is dated not adequate with one of the chairs was falling apart and one with no cushion.

  : The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed if you wanted to cater at home. The balcony looks on to a nice courtyard. The location is great.
  : The advertising is misleading - photos show a pool and gym - the pool is not open for a large part of the year; the gym is at an extra cost. The small print calls out a 250 euro safety deposit payable on arrival. As it got closer to the date, I started to receive emails asking me to provide my credit card details in advance so that they could block the security deposit and in order to secure my booking. When I objected to this, on the basis of credit card security, they agreed that I could pay on arrival, but failed to tell me that this would have to be in cash. All of this should be made clear from the outset.
