  : Room wasnt cleaned at all everywhere dust and dirt (see on pictures), bed full with dirty blankets, the host said she will help us on the same day but she didnt so we needed to clean it on our own, air conditioning costs about 1 per hour which was not mentioned inside the offer (extremely expensive for one week about 40 extra), doublebooking so we needed to stay in a other room than we booked, toaster water cooker etc. was missing and we got everything later and some things we didnt get at all (hair care products etc. As mentioned in the offer)Pool was also dirty so we didnt go insideAll in all a total disappointment

  : We booked our holidays from the 16th till the 20th of August of this year in this apartment and had a horrible experience for several reasons; Lack of cleanliness of the apartment, the smell of closed and damp, the poor advice and information for trips, visits, etc... from the staff person who managed the apartment. The worst and really most unacceptable is the deposit from our credit card that was held on the arrival, 156.50 euros , CHARGED for no reason and still not RETURNED. The most worrying thing is that I have made several claims to Booking, and has not given me any solution, on the contrary it is ignoring responsibilities towards the apartments. I feel ripped off and deceived, it's embarrassing that a company like Booking does not protect its clients and isn't able to take actions and solve this huge problem.

  : the property owner, Jane, was very good. We received messages in advance of our stay welcoming us and letting us know how to check in. We also received offers for boat trips, which Jane organised for us. The room itself had good facilities to us to cook and the shower was good. The beds were comfortable too.
