  : we didn't receive the email with the passcode after sending our IDs. the person that answered the call couldn't find the email with our IDs or confirmation so we had to wait in the rain while he repeated that he didn't have confirmation. That was a bad experience as we were waiting in the rain for something that should've been organised in advance for us.

  : the access address on the paperwork would be a great start,The location address is different to the access steps in side street ?No aircon or securty screens had to close doors at night very stuffy no fresh air.

  : A moments walk from Manly beach, shops and restaurants, the location of the apartment was phenomenal. The apt. was impeccably decorated, clean and had an awesome outdoor area.
  : It was incredibly hot! We arrived end of January, and the appliance offered moved the air around the room, but did not cool. We did request a fan on the first night, but it was not delivered until our last day (2 nights later). Normally this would not have bothered us, but we were in Syd for a wedding and were sweating getting ready... only plus would be an additional fan in the apt. Great otherwise!

  : The apartment was very spacious, well laid out and equipped. We did not use the huge outdoor area due to lack of free time but used the kitchen to make a cooked breakfast which we could eat at a table. There was a large wardrobe in which we could store all our clothes, chairs and coffee table, large very comfortable bead, large smart TV, plenty of hot water in the shower.We were very satisfied with the roomWe got a lot of emails (13) from MadeComfy an Airbnb Management Company after booking and paying Booking.com.These came over 3-4 days and ranged from request for photo ID, instructions on finding the key to the apartment, etc. Our advice is to spent time reading all of them, and going to the links to see where the following are - key, the apartment, the car parking apace and the roller shutter control. The info is all there.
  : The apartment door has a very heavy duty closer and deadlock which you need to be extremely careful of.Upon leaving we moved our luggage and travel items out of the room and the door slammed shut, locking both of us out, as the keys were on the kitchen table!Fortunately we had our car keys with us, but we did not have the fob key to the main building (next door) and the carpark or the separate remote controller to open the roller shutter where the car space is.This dire situation took us ages to sort out.Make sure you have the keys with you when stepping out of the room!
