  : Difficult to find a baggage cart to bring our luggage up to the room, which was a big of a walk.

  : Our room was 246, upon opening our door found a cleaning cloth left over from housekeeping, very noisy, 2 doors from mezzanine dining in the evening, then set-up for Mother’s Day, early morning, could hear all of the employees chatting as well as the hotel guests dining in the morning. Our room was appointed only with decaf & powdered creamer, tried to call the front desk, but the phone was out of service so a visit to the front desk was in order. This was our first stay at the Heathman Lodge. We have been dining patrons for many years & always enjoy the food & service, however. We did stay for Mother’s Day Brunch.

  : Housekeeping not cleaned daily unless specifically requested. Towels and toiletry had to be asked for replacement. Fridge was dirty. Windows were very dirty. Tap water was OK but ice tasted like chlorine and made water taste like chlorine.

  : The restaurant was poorly staffed , it took a long time for a person to take our order, she was running between the outside seating and those inside for happy hr, half an hr after asking for my bill did I get it. Later came back to restaurant for dessert, was told I had to go to the other side, needless to say I didn’t move!

  : The location was perfect for us because we have family about a mile away. They were our transportation. I think I expected a little more luxury for the price but it was very nice. No cotton balls or cotton swabs in the bathroom which was disappointing. The restaurant was very nice and the food was delicious.

  : We chose the location so we could have a very nearby enterprise pick us up- for that it worked really well. There were many restaurants and shopping options nearby. The rooms were nice and getting extra towels, etc. was simple. After a long day of traveling, the food at the restaurant in the lobby was delicious.
  : The photos/name are a little misleading. This is more like a theme park hotel with lodge theming, in the middle of a business park/major shopping area. It was wooded and relatively quiet, but just not exactly what it shows. If you are arriving via UBER or other ride service, it is super unclear where the actual entrance is to the hotel because of the restaurant/patio. While the restaurant onsite was delicious, it was pretty pricey. Even though there are lots of things that look "nearby" the area is not really as walkable as it looks on the map to access other options without a car.
