  : The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean.
  : I think it needs to be made more clear that your room will not be tidied, nor fresh towels delivered unless requested. For the price paid, new towels daily should be expected. Also, not starting breakfast until 7:00 isn't very feasible for many guests. The one day we could get breakfast, many items had run out and there was no sense of urgency to refill them. If a free breakfast is part of your deal, then you need to do much better at making it accessible by maybe starting at 6:00 and having enough staff to keep it stocked for guests to enjoy.

  : Made two reservations paid in full , asked if could combine them so we didnt have to take luggage , said it wasnt possible , cam back next night to the same room. Also told them fridge didnt work , still was not fixed . Didnt charge for parking the night before , the next night was charged to park . Staff not helpful

  : The rooms were comfortable, I don't care to pay a parking fee when I have spent over $1400 for rooms. The breakfast could have had more options, overall breakfast could have been better.

  : Average food at best. No place to sit because soccer tournament families were eating and visiting. Lots of kids taking more food than they could possibly eat. Shortages of different items. On my first morning I went out to eat so I could get a decent breakfast. Second morning was not much better, but I ate some of what was available.
  : Extra charge of $10.00 per night to park in their lot. There were plenty of empty spaces. Clerk said it was for security costs. One would assume that a hotel of this type would actually have some security elements in place for their guests and it would be a part of the rate I paid for a room. Also problem with the shower on our second morning. No hot water...just very tepid when I cranked it all the way over to hot. Complained to front desk. They sent a maintenance guy up who identified the problem as a valve in the water control. He fixed it while we were out for the afternoon. No offer of compensation for this inconvenience to my wife and I.
