  : The hotel is well located with nice common area (pools, bars). We received the room we asked for, with sunny balcony and pool view. Excellent food in the restaurant! Special thanks to Mrs Oliwia from the reception, who was very helpful.
  : Crowd and noise in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner (screaming small children). Room could be bigger.

  : In a second reception ( building by indoor swimming pool ) was Asian lady who was extremely rude to us ! We wanted beach towels and staff told us we need a card first from reception . Main reception was very busy with new arrivals so they send us to this lady saying she can give us cards too . When I went to her she was rolling her eyes and asking if I dont see she is very busy .. she said something under her nouse and she have been extremely rude . I apologise and explained that main reception was busy .. but didnt help . She said to me that we can wait till she will be done with whatever she was doing on her phone . In general I dont complain but this woman was extremely rude ! And its sad as you have a lovely hotel with lovely staff working very hard .. but this lady totally ruined our day ..

  : Service is extraordinary, they are very much customer focused and very flexible. Very nice breakfast, direct access to probably the best beach in the entire island (I've heard that people from Palma come to Playa de Muro to enjoy the beach). They even helped us returning the car to the car rental, so they go the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction.
  : One thing that we've observed, and this is an issue on many other hotels with a swimming pool, guests put their towels on the pool chairs before breakfast. Pool chairs are not different than tables at the hotel's restaurant, they are "shared facilities". Guest should not be allowed to do that. Instead the hotel should ask their guest during the check in not to do this, as towels "might be removed". Because towels are charged, there is an incentive not to leave the towel behind as the deposit will be lost. Yet the rule must be enforced. This is something we've experience in a similar hotel in Menorca, when the staff at the pool warned guests if they were leaving their towels on the pool chairs before breakfast. If guest were warned then the second time there was no warning and the towels were removed. You might think this will lead to angry customers but that hotel still is fully booked and people keep going there because they know the staff is actually encouraging everyone to "behave accordingly" to the house rules when it comes to shared facilities. All guests benefit from this as there are always pool chairs available no matter when one wants to go, this actually lead to happier customers and customers that keep coming back. My 2 cents.

  : Food was excellent with a huge range on offer and gluten free diet was very well catered for. It was right on the beach with a lovely pool as well. All very safe and entertaining for our 6year old.
  : Kids club could have been better but it was May so not peak season. Also fitness/yoga classes/etc., were in a very public area right beside the bar tables.

  : Beautiful hotel located on a gorgeous beach. Perfect for families with very young children and cyclists. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was excellent
  : The room was very small for 2 adults and one child. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The cleaning staff were not very thorough some days, towels changed but bins not emptied, glasses not collected. No tea/coffee making facilities. These were small things easily remedied

  : Food was excellent, really recommend going full board, great variety of meals day and night ! Hotel was on the beach so excellent access to beach and beach activities. We travelled with friends and for a small upgrade fee they put our rooms beside each other with a shared balcony - excellent option !
  : Room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 kids. One double bed for the adults and one pull out couch for the two kids. It didnt matter too much as we were hardly ever in the room ! Bathroom was excellent , shower was excellent.
