  : Very friendly staff. Close to the beautiful beach. Shops and restaurants very close
  : No soundproofing very noisy at night door slamming kids running down corridor. No privacy on balcony. Small pool area.. beds low and not very comfortable. Small thin towels.

  : Ideal location for a base for cycling and for access to the beautiful beach.Fantastic bicycle garage underneath which felt very secure.Staff were super friendly and helpful, (especially Enriquez).Great food from the buffet.Lovely spacious room and comfortable bed.

  : While all the employees were referring us to talk to manager and were sure we can find a solution for our situation, it seemed like manager hasnt even tried to look into it. We were family of 4 : 2 adults and 2 kids. We couldnt get an upgrade due to fully booked hotel (fair enough) but our rooms were not next to each other. Perhaps this couldve been solved. And also we really needed late check out due to late flight and kids.. and I have a strong feeling that it was possible and the manager just didnt want to bother.

  : Cheaper and mandatory bike storage on the other side of building.. Bring your slippers. If beach does not count due to the weather a bit boring location for walks.

  : The only positive experience was that we could move to other JS hotel, which was much better.
  : Was not a pleasant experience at all. We arrived at the hotel, and at the check-in, everything seemed all right except that the saunas were not open because of the rain and that was quite strange, but when we got to the room, the experience went quickly down. The room had a really unpleasant smell of mould. It was dirty and full of hairs that were not ours, the faucet in the bathrom was not working, the furniture was damaged. The other room that they showed us was the same, so we decided that we would like to transfer to another hotel of JS group. The personnel at the reception treated us like there is something wrong with us (except one receptionista was understanding) instead of admitting that the hotel is full of issues. We only wanted, in our opinion, the bare minimum standard for 4*hotel. It was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. The staff in the restaurant worked really hard, but they were visibly understaffed, so the service there was not the best either.We would recommend the owners of the JS hotels group to check the real situation of the rooms and the whole experience as normal guests.
