  : This self contained apartment was a great base for exploring Florence. It was comfortable and had everything I needed for a short stay. Breakfast on the small balcony soaking in the sounds of the city were a highlight. I also appreciated that there was a lift which meant I didn't have to lug my 30kg suitcase up the stairs.
  : The keys/entry system and communication was confusing and communication platforms were changed without warning, though they had been messaging through booking.com.I also found that this part of the city can be difficult to get a taxi from.

  : Patio is about a foot wide So you couldnt sit in it unless you were a toy dollAir conditioning doesnt work in either roomsshower has mould all along the base The shower head doesnt stay in the holder which is too high for the water pressure to work effectively anyway So you have to hold shower not idealThe bathroom bin is dirty The basin was 1/3 full of soapy water in arrival and Im sure you aware it doesnt drain properly The hairdryer is covered in dustThe kitchen fridge inside door has not been cleaned .Certainly not customer focused Substandard offer and no way reflects the advertised description

  : The location was good.
  : We had incredible difficulty getting into the apartment. The check in process through their email message didn't go through correctly because it was blocked. This happened on three separate events. Our host tried to contact us through email to remedy this but never responded to my emails that I was having trouble. The host had seen my emails because they withdrew the payment manually at my request. Then they began to communicate the arrival instructions to me by Whattsapp. I had no idea this was happening. And the Whattsapp message they sent unfortunately didn't come through clearly. When we arrived, we could not get in to the apartment. Using the instructions given on the emails, we called the host on Whattsapp 4 times. We asked strangers for help and they also called for us. No answer. Eventually, when we texted through Whattsapp, we got the instructions to get in 2 hours after our arrival. It was extremely stressful for my family. When i asked the host about this problem later, I was met with rude responses and very much an "I don't care" attitude. They washed their hands off the Communication mistake they made. The accommodation itself was poor for the cost. The kitchen and dining table were under equipped. We booked for 4 people, two adults and two 13 year old kids. There was cutlery and croquery for 3 people and only 3 chairs for the table. Value for money was poor because we could have got other better accommodation within 5 minutes walk of where we were for a cheaper price. I would strongly recommend to reconsider using this accommodation within your business. I think it is a poor choice with poor service and it did not reflect your high standard business model.

  : I liked the Location, it was perfect and couldn't be better. The apartment was beautiful and well organized. Bedsheet and towels were neat and clean. The Bathroom was also nice.
  : The price of the apartment was high for a night, if we compare it with other similar properties.

  : The location is right next to Ponte Vecchio.
  : The shower drain was not working, the water was stuck in the shower, probably because it was blocked and was not cleaned properly. We couldn't take a shower after a hot sunny day, because we didn't want water to go everywhere and also it could flood all the apartment and even the lower floors of the building. I sent picture of the not working drain to the owner and I tried to contact the owner, but he didn't replied to me until today. Horrible experience.
