  : Location and staff were great. Breakfast provided was good with a lot of options. The hotel seemed newly renovated.
  : The phone in my room and a couple electrical outlets did not work. The hotel was quite warm and stuffy in the halls as they did not have the AC running. I had to turn on the AC in my room and also the hallway. The guests directly above my room were very inconsiderate. It sounded like they were jumping up and down on the floor and stomping around the room all night. I did not get much sleep the 2nd night of our stay. Also, the toilet would not stop running in my room and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. I initially was not going to leave my complaints in the booking review because I felt like I should let the hotel address the issues but they did not respond to any of my complaints.

  : The young man, who was check in staff when we arrived, definitely needed professional hospitality training and follow up. The Check in experience set the insecure tone for the stay and had no provisions for contact, should we need any. The following morning's check out experience with Maria, was professional, cordial and great.The location is more remote than expected. The spacious, but minimally furnished rooms probably facilitated the cleanliness.

  : The room is clean and spacious. The king size bed is very comfy. Like the touches of paper flower on the toilet paper roll, folded towels and mints on the nightstand.
