  : Pretty view and close to lots of attractions. Full sized table, stove/oven, and refrigerator - so we could cook and eat in easily. Decent beds and good sized bedrooms. Parking was free and plentiful.
  : Customer service was bad. I emailed through the App to verify check-in times - never heard back from them. Then when we checked in, the receptionist was less than helpful. She didn't bother to tell us we were on the 2nd Floor (it wasn't marked on the info document either). She didn't bother to tell us that the door handles needed to be pushed UP (backwards from normal door mechanisms). And gave us a bad key. All of this added up to a rough start getting into the apartment - we tried the first floor multiple times and only found out we must have the 2nd floor apartment from the first floor tenant. Then it took us forever to figure out that the one key was bad and then that the working 2nd key required us to twist the handle upwards (never did get used to that bit of crazy). Apartment pretty dated: the jaccuzi bathtub looked ancient so we didn't try it; the bathroom counter was super low (at my hips and I'm 5'2) and most of the drawers didn't work well; knives were worn down; the bathroom vents didn't work well (so there were mold/mildew stains in the bathrooms).

  : The location is superb! It is right off the highway and the resort area is wonderful to walk around. The apartment has everything you need for a family stay including cable, if you need it, and you can purchase logs for the fireplace from the reception. We were lucky to be accommodated in the building across the main one with the swimming pool; the weather was poor and we used this easy access as much as possible. Be sure to bring all the toiletries and food/ingredients for your stay.
  : The furniture and equipment are quite outdated and worn out. The kitchen utilities were enough for a family vacation but the kitchen drawers containing the cutlery were not clean enough. The coffee machine was not washed after the last guests. We had to ask for supplies and the receptionist said this resort is a time-share so they do not have extras and toiletries like those offered in hotels. Also, for firstcomers, there is no guidance about how to find the main building after dark and after 6 pm when the reception closes. It took us a lot of driving around the resorts at the same address to stumble upon it in the cold winter weather. The instructions should include a Google Maps pin of the main building to make it easy for late check-in guests. There is a mailbox with envelopes containing electronic keys for later check-ins and a third-party customer service number to call if any issues arise but the latter should be available on the booking.com page as well. Lastly, the time-share sales team called me a few times to follow up with me even though I explicitly declined to discuss their offers. There should be an option to register your interest at check-in and settle this matter once and for all.

  : Everything was nice. . I like that there was a kitchen, as someone who cooks her own food, that was convenient. The staff were nice. Sarah was really sweet, she tried to get the TV going with me the first night. The manager Paul allowed me to check out a bit later as I have a chronic illness, but its also because they weren't busy.
  : The grounds could use a little work. The internet was not always available. The TV channels are basic. I really don't like the check in and check out hours. 10 To check out, 4 to check in. Thats a loss of a day.

  : Location, grounds and ease of booking. Bed was comfortable.
  : Condos are getting old - could use a face lift. Our outer door did not work - we had to use one to the left. Minimal bathroom amenities - paper products and soap are too thin. Not enough towels for even two people.

  : The unit was clean and spacious. The AC ran well. Bedding fine. New living room furniture was comfortable. Location is excellent for a stay in the Berkshires. Easy drive to several towns including Lenox and Stockbridge.
  : The hallway reeked of laundry chemicals because washer and dryer is located in the open lobby. The jacuzzi tub was not operating and dangerous to step in and out. Not ideal for guests with limited agility (like me). No walking paths on the beautiful grounds.

  : The location was good and the grounds were pretty.
  : The room was very dated, there were leaky spots on the ceiling and duct tape on the balcony door. The indoor pool had a hole where the hot tub had been, the area was dilapidated and the bottom of the pool was dirty. We couldn't use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but its condition wasn't much better.
