  : nothing. this hotel is a hellhole
  : everyhting. this hotel was not clean at all, very ancient, moldy. the fire alarm went on at 1:30 am and stayed beeping the whole freaking night. I went to the reception nobody was there, I called the hotel, nobody answered, so the alarm went on beeping the whole night and I didn't sleep the whole night. I was afraid as well that I'd go deaf.... the following day at 8:30 am in the morning I went to the reception and guess what? nobody was there, I tried the whole morning calling them they answered at 12:30, after writing 3 emails. I asked for a compensation, they told me that I had to write another email demanding the compensation. I am telling you, if you want to have a nice stay in london, stay away from this hotel, it will ruin your stay

  : The hotel is situated in a nice neighbourhood, it is very close to stores as well as the underground thus getting into the city centre is pretty convenient. The check-in was fast and happened without experiencing any issues.
  : The room we stayed in was quite small, we expected a slightly bigger one, additionally, it seems like it is in need of renovation and a more thorough cleansing. We received a small package of essentials including shampoo and a soap bar, however, I don't think it would last for more than two days for two people. One of the biggest drawbacks of staying at this hotel was the fact that the walls are pretty thin and you can hear every footstep from outside the corridor (especially if you stay in a room near the stairs as we did - we could hear everyone climbing it up and down even during the night). Also, at our first night we were woken up by the sound of the fire alarm going off at 1 am. Fortunately, it only lasted about 1 or 2 minutes and was seemingly a false fire alarm, we still don't know the reason why it went off.

  : Noisy, but cannot expect much else on a busy London road

  : It was fine and served its purpose for me
  : Stuffy in the warm weather so a small fan would be good. A second towel or at least a hand towel would have been nice too. Water didn't work for a small time and nobody picked up the phone but it eventually came back on. Had to unplug the fridge as was sleeping so close to it in the small room and it was really noisy, but that's not a massive deal.
