  : Upon arriving ALL FRONT DESK girls are rude with nasty attitudes. After checking in my room I was very disappointed to see it looks NOTHING like the pictures online. The stove had rust all around the edges. The tv did not work ( I asked for maintenance to come 3 times before they came to fix it), the phone in room did not work. I had to go to front desk 2 different times because my card to room door did not work. The parking lot is way too small for folks to check in/out(4 cars can fit). Oh and the parking lots that are for you leave your car while staying there is 1/2 block away. Again, ALL of the staff were rude with very bad attitudes. I’m not sure how they can call themselves a resort. They offer no amenities! They have a lazy river with no inner tubes to float on, they do not serve breakfast and they do not have plates, silverware or paper towels in the room.The snacks they do offer you are paying 3x the amount for. It is best to bring your own snacks, drinks, food and paper towels and plates. The grounds were dirty with trash in parking lots and by the pool. If you go to pool which is on bottom floor you have to walk around building to get back in. The elevators by the pool are not accessible unless you have handicapped parking permit. During my 4 day stay I seen 2 carts that you use to load all of your belongings on to take to your room or when checking in/out. This was the worst hotel NOT RESORT experience!

  : I booked ocean view and got side view from the booking site first room l got the fridge was dirty look like blood was on it and it was open so the freezer was not cool No bath towels or cloth was in the room 2nd room balcony door was broken very hard to pull open and close l was there to relax l put more work in fighting that door for the 4 days l was there You have to exchange your dirty laundry at front desk Air conditioner is right on the bed we had to cover it with towel to keep room cool but not freeze my baby
