  : It's an old house showing its age. The kitchen has been entirely redone, and is sparkly clean and up to date with new cupboards and a full assortment of cooking utensils. Very new and up to date kitchen appliances. Carpet appears new throughout, couches are very comfortable, and once it was restored and working the WiFi was very fast. The partial view of the ocean is nice, and the location excellent for walking Nye beach. It was quiet, and we both slept incredibly long and well ... not certain to credit that with the house, the ocean or just being away, but it was a restful five days. It was chilly in November and the heating system, worked fine once we figured out how to use it.
  : The initial "walk in" impression was one of disappointment. For the price we anticipated something a bit more engaging. The ocean view described is true, but what wasn't noted that it is a limited view sandwiched between two four story buildings. The first thing I checked on arrival was the internet. The router was working, but the modem was not, so there was no connection to the internet. It took several phone calls, which were responsive, and finally a technician was sent to make a repair. Three hours after arrival we had internet. Meanwhile we had to wait and lost the afternoon walking experience. ( Ultimately it worked fine the rest of our five days. ) The stash of seasonings, and basics for cooking was surprisingly modest... if anyone is planning on cooking they should plan on bringing all of what they need. No Kleenex/facial tissues provided. The house shows its age, and some of the repairs and restoration efforts have been less than professional. Unlike other beach houses we've enjoyed, this house has no character, no charm --- kind of an expanded motel six. Toilet seat has broken hinges, the kitchen sink off/on lever seems to be close to dying.

  : extremely well - stocked kitchen. the mattresses were so good we snapped a photo of the label and are going to buy them for home. really, really clean!
  : by the time the cleaning costs and all the fees got added on, the price was more than double the quoted amount.

  : I loved the location and easy access to the beach! I loved being able to see the water from the deck!
  : The floors were very creaky and it made me wonder if the people below us were hearing all the noise.

  : Its cute, equipped with everything you need and it is placed just so you can see the ocean between the hotel buildings.
  : Could hear everything below when the lower unit was occupied. My trip went from quiet and relaxing, to having to listen to a loud bachelorette party. Was woken up at 2 am.When traffic flow was heavy the road noise would drown out the ocean.

  : The location was decent and not overly loud. We had a nice view.
  : The book was a little outdated with places to eat or go. Also the furniture and lay out was different then the pictures shown. Later I looked on there app and they have the same place with 2 different sets of pictures and different furniture. The furniture was still nice just not as I expected it to be. Overall still a nice place to stay.

  : The unit was nicely furnished - very comfortable. The kitchen was really well stocked with equipment.
  : The ocean view was a little disappointing but the weather was pretty bad so it didn't really matter. The entry downstairs smelled very musty but once we were upstairs there was no odor. If we had used the deck - which looked great - the location of the house wasn't great (the view).
