  : The property was not clean at all - upon arrival we saw sand, dog hair,human hair and a stench throughout the whole property. The showerclogged immediately upon use. Within 2 hours of checking in we calledVacasa, asked for a refund and checked elsewhere in town. It was such adisappointment to start our beach vacation and definitely not worth thehigh price tag.

  : The place was dirty and smelled terrible. The plumbing was backed up into our bathroom/bathtub so we were not able to take a bath or shower and it smelled bad. The beds were uncomfortable I would like a refund!! I took pictures of the situation.

  : Only issue was the refrigerator was noisy.

  : Clean for the age of the property. Could use deep cleaning and touch ups. Bathroom lock didnt work well and one of the bedroom doors was not closing and needed repair.

  : The space was nice and good for conversation. The neighborhood was so quiet and close to the beach. We could hear the waves! The TV was easy to operate. The wood floors were beautiful and the shower and hot water were great! Off-street parking was ample and it was nice to load and unload on one level!
  : The mattresses were not just firm they were hard. We were concerned about the electric base board heater in the living room as the couch was pushed up against it. The heater in the bathroom could be a fire hazard with the toilet paper and towels hanging just above it. The top tray in the dishwasher was missing parts and it didn't drain, so we washed all our dishes by hand.

  : I didnt like the fact Nye Haven was not a short walk to the beach. It was like drive some where closer so you can walk right down to the beach.
