: The bungalow itself was cute enough. It was beachy. That was fine
: First of all the pictures online were deceiving. We arrived on Thursday the 22nd. I thought we were going to have an ocean view. Not a 2 story in front of us with just a peak at the ocean between that one and the unit next to it.Friday the toilet backed up. My husband informed me that the front door didn't latch. We had ants crawling on the dining table and window sill. My husband tried to take a shower and the water was backing up so bad he had to get out or it would have overflowed. He tried to plunge the toilet to no avail. We finally had to contact the local property manager. She said that she would have someone come out. A guy showed up with a heavy duty plunger and even he could not get it to unclog. He informed us a plumber would need to come out to address the issue. At that point my husband told him about the front door not latching. Anyone could have walked in at any time. The door knobs lock, but did not actually latch. The maintenance guy tried to fix the deadbolt but that didn't work either. We finally decided to grab some dinner. When we got back it was obvious the plumber had not been there to fix the toilet so my husband called the property manager again and asked her what are we supposed to do? She told him we need to just keep using the toilet as is and that it was late after hours and the plumber would probably be there in the morning.We also discovered multiple ant traps under the bed in the bedroom so we opted to sleep on the fold out bed in the sofa that night.Saturday morning when we get up we obviously need to use the bathroom. Still no plumber. We waited until 10:30 in the morning to call the property manager AGAIN, and she sent my husband's call to voicemail. Her voicemail gave another number we can call if it's urgent. So I make a phone call and explain everything that had happened and the gal assured me that she would be contacting the property to see about a refund.At 10:45 we just left.

: Great location cute and convenient
: Septic tank was full in the bungalow we rented so they moved us to a smaller one that wasn't quite as nice... Everything was great just thought there should be some sort of refund for the inconvenience and down grade
